Changing the Password you use for Smart Touch Online Banking
is easy.
You must log on using your current Password before selecting a new Password. Just click on "OTHER SERVICES." You'll see an option of "Change Password." You will be guided through the easy steps to select your new Password.
You can select a new Password as often as you like. We may from time to time ask you to select a new Passord for security reasons.
- As a security precaution, you may want to consider changing your Password if you think anyone may have access to your User Identification and Password.
- Remember, you should never distribute your User ID or Password unless you want someone else to have access to your account. Treat these codes just as you would your ATM card PIN number. Never write it down, memorize it!!
- If you decide to change your Password, remember the new Password will be used only for accessing your Online Banking account information.
Protect Your User Identification and Password
- You should always guard your User ID and Password from unauthorized use. If you share this information with someone, all transactions they initiate with your User ID and Password are considered as authorized by you, even for transactions you did not intend for them to make.
- Never leave your computer unattended during an Online Banking session. Remember to End Online Banking when you are finished with each session. To ensure cached copies of your Online Banking Internet pages are cleared, always close your browser after logging off.
