Simplify your life with less paper. Online eStatements are just like your paper statements, but presented online. With eStatements you can view, print and save your statements anytime, anywhere.

Just follow these 3 simple steps to set up an eStatement
Log in to Smart Touch Online Banking. Then click on
the eStatements link on the Other Services tab and you can enable eStatements on any or all of your personal deposit accounts that provide you a paper statement. Just follow these 3 steps:
1. The Type of Statements Receiving drop down box will default to display "Paper Statements". Select the eStatement option in the drop down box if you wish to switch from paper statement, and click the Save button.
2. On the eStatement Verification page, you will be asked to verify that you are able to access a test statement by clicking on the View a Sample Statement Now link. Indicate that your test was successful, by selecting the box next to "Yes, I verify that I can open and read the PDF sample statement."
3. Verify that you have read and agreed to the disclosure information by selecting the next box, and click the Continue button.
View an eStatement
To view eStatements on an account once you have enabled eStatements, simply:
1. Click on Go to View eStatements button from the eStatement Confirmation Page under the Other Services tab.
2. On the View eStatements page, after you select the account, you will be presented with a list of available statements to view, print or save.
3. Select the date that you would like to view from the drop down, and your eStatement will be presented.
Note: If you receive an error code, this simply means that you will need to wait until your statement cycle to view your statement online.
You can also access your eStatements from the Account Detail page by selecting the View eStatements link found above the Account Detail section of the page.
It's that easy. Should you require additional assistance, please call our Customer Service Center at:
